Cross-Border Transactions
Advisory support for international transactions and cross-border projects, from the first structure to the final set of documents.
Cross-border transactions bring together parties, advisers and legal systems that do not naturally fit. We help you see the whole picture, set the right structure and keep the process under control.
We advise on the legal and strategic side of the deal and coordinate with local counsel in each jurisdiction where their input is required.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work on transactions outside the UAE?
Yes. Most of our clients are based outside the UAE, and we advise on projects that involve several jurisdictions. Where local law requires it, we coordinate with counsel qualified in that jurisdiction.
Can you join a transaction that is already under way?
Yes. We start with a review of the current documents and positions, then agree the scope of our involvement.
How is the work priced?
Depending on the scope, as a fixed-fee project or an ongoing engagement. The terms are set out in a written consultancy agreement.
Discuss your project
Tell us about the transaction, structure or dispute you are considering and the jurisdictions involved. We will suggest a suitable format of engagement and the next steps.
